Processing Times All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class): 3–5 business days
- Tracked Shipping (Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked): 1–3 business days
International:
- Standard International: 7–21 business days depending on destination
- Tracked International: 5–14 business days depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.
Order Tracking Where a tracked service is used, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@d20quests.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays outside of our control.
Customs and Import Duties For international orders, customs and import duties may be applied once your order reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
